Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped from Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.

Estimated Delivery Time

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium and Switzerland: 7-15 business days after dispatch. Other regions: 8-20 business days after dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, and other events beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 99. For orders under USD 99, shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update.
